Our custom suits are the entry point into Praetorian Bespoke, and they're anything but entry-level. Every garment is made to your measurements, in your choice of premium natural fabrics, with the details selected by you. No off-the-rack compromises. No paying for alterations after the fact. A suit that fits from the first wear.

This is the right choice if you want a sharp, well-fitted suit without the extended process of a full bespoke commission. Most clients wear theirs to work, weddings, events, and anywhere that calls for something better than a rack suit.

What's included

You'll start with a consultation at our Mermaid Beach studio. We'll talk through your lifestyle, the occasions you'll wear the suit for, and the look you're after — then guide you through our fabric range so you're not choosing blind. Every fabric in our custom range is a premium natural fibre. No synthetics, no blends with polyester.

From there, we take your measurements and finalise the design details: lapel style, button stance, lining, trouser break, and anything else that shapes the finished garment. Your suit is then made to those measurements and ready for collection within three to five weeks.

The fabrics

Our custom range draws from Super 110s to 120s Australian Merino wool — versatile, durable, and well-suited to Queensland's climate. We also carry linens, cottons, and linen-wool blends for warmer months and outdoor occasions.

Investment

Custom suits from $950.

Includes your consultation, fabric selection, full measurement appointment, and the finished two-piece suit. Waistcoats, additional trousers, and shirts are quoted separately.
